About the Role">

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing care and support to others? We are seeking an experienced Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to join our team.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As an AIN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to live with dignity and independence.

You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care. Your skills and experience will enable you to provide tailored support to each resident, empowering them to make their own choices and decisions.

We are looking for someone who is patient, kind and understanding, with excellent communication skills. You should have a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing or related health/care studies, and prior experience as a personal carer in aged care is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing or related health/care studies
  • Prior experience as a personal carer in aged care is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, kind and understanding approach
