About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering state-of-the-art healthcare systems and top-quality service to clients across the region.

This is a crucial position within our business where you will have overall responsibility for delivering small to large installations of mobile and fixed medical imaging systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with Sales and Key Account Management teams during the pre-sales process
  2. Conduct site assessments to understand customer needs
  3. Perform risk assessments, create budgets and project plans tailored to customer needs, and create accurate quotes
  4. Set project milestones, plan, and interface with customers and stakeholders throughout all project phases
  5. Ensure all required materials, resources, and activities are ordered, planned, and executed on time
  6. Conduct regular project plan reviews with internal and external stakeholders
  7. Manage and communicate project risks and issues, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
  8. Conduct pre- and post-calculation project reviews, including lessons learned
  9. Organize installation and user training
  10. Manage transition from project execution to closure and business support
Requirements:
  • Clinical experience within Radiography, Medical Imaging, and comprehensive understanding of Healthcare digital radiographic information systems
  • Possess qualifications in engineering, healthcare, project management, or equivalent, ideally be a Certified Project Manager (PMP or equivalent)
  • Bring proven track record of project management experience within healthcare, equipment installation, infrastructure delivery, or construction projects in a B2B environment
  • Experience in contract and risk management, solid understanding of supply chain processes and working with large cross-functional teams
  • Exhibit strong negotiation, conflict, stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication abilities
  • Possess high level of software literacy across MS Office, Salesforce, MS Project, MS Visio, and CAD
