Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career as a bus driver? Kinetic, Australia and New Zealand's leading mass transit bus operator, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team of drivers.
We offer a supportive and hands-on training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to become a licensed and confident bus driver. Our comprehensive 12-month training program includes:
- A five-week induction training program with a mix of classroom and on-road training
- Obtaining a Medium Rigid (MR) license and State Driving Authority
- A nationally recognised qualification (Certificate III in Driving Operations - Bus)
As a Kinetic bus driver, you will be trained to achieve high standards in all parts of your work, including safe driving practices. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of routes, including general routes, charters and special events.

What We're Looking ForWe are seeking individuals who possess excellent customer service skills, have held an Open Driver's licence for a minimum of three years, and have a good driving record. You must also be able to pass a pre-employment functional and drug and alcohol clearance, and have Australian Work Rights.
