About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader with a passion for mentoring others and driving performance. You will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing development of your team, translating program guidelines into high-quality service delivery, and building strong relationships with clients and employers.

You will work closely with our Service Manager to drive results and foster growth within the team. Your expertise in employment services and program guidelines will enable you to mentor others to provide a high-quality service that meets performance targets.

This role requires a strong understanding of employment services and program guidelines, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you are a motivated and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and support a high-performing team to drive results and foster growth.
  • Translate program guidelines into high-quality service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and employers to facilitate inclusive hiring practices.
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate records to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
