Career Transformation Specialist

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with clients to identify their strengths, goals, and areas for improvement, creating personalized employment plans that cater to their unique needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, built on empathy, trust, and effective communication.
  • Provide regular coaching sessions, ensuring clients remain motivated and progress towards their objectives.
  • Foster connections with local employers and community services to open up pathways to employment, training, and upskilling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To plan and execute client-focused employment strategies, driving successful outcomes and exceeding performance benchmarks.
  • To maintain accurate records of client progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions as needed.
  • To collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) - desirable.
  • Experience in employment services, particularly supporting individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective employment plans, driving client success and meeting performance targets.
  • Strong marketing and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to facilitate group programs and build relationships with local employers.
