Overview:
The Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for nurturing and expanding client relationships, proactively enhancing campaign performance, and driving data-backed insights to inform strategy and programs. This role will also involve shaping advertising strategy, program management, and staying current with TikTok features.
Responsibilities:
- Nurture and expand client relationships by working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results and drive client success.
- Proactively enhance campaign performance by conducting in-depth investigations of accounts, monitoring ad campaigns, and initiating improvements for enhanced outcomes.
- Drive data-backed insights to inform strategy and programs by producing audience insights and analyzing campaign performance data.
- Shape advertising strategy by relaying valuable marketplace feedback and contributing to refining our advertising strategy.
- Oversee marketing science solutions from feasibility assessment to test and learn design and creative programs.
- Stay current with TikTok features by maintaining an updated knowledge base of TikTok's features and units.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in ad sales, marketing, and development or a sales-related support function.
- Demonstrated experience of digital media platforms and ad metrics, particularly in the area of performance marketing (bonus for social/search/programmatic/adtech).
- Experience running app campaigns and a strong understanding of the app ecosystem.
- Strong track record of analyzing data and delivering insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to convey technical jargon in a way that resonates with non-technical stakeholders.
