About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead rail systems projects and collaborate with experienced professionals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to showcase their expertise and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your leadership skills to inspire teams and drive project excellence.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of project scope, budgets, schedules, and quality requirements to ensure seamless execution.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to assemble high-performing project teams.
  • Apply risk and opportunity methodologies to optimize project outcomes and drive business growth.
  • Maintain regular communication and reporting with key stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Develop and manage project planning and management documentation to support informed decision-making.
  • Engage in bid and tender efforts to mitigate project risks and streamline execution.
  • Monitor and control financial baselines for projects to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Ideal Attributes
  • Demonstrate expertise in rail signaling design, signal construction, and signal design management.
  • Possess experience gained in the rail industry, including signalling design/construction, or a similar role.
  • Hold expertise or a strong interest in project control techniques, earned value management, S-curve reporting, risk and opportunity management, and project financial forecasting.
  • Be familiar with MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling software.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of PMBoK, Prince2, Agile, or other relevant project management methodologies.
