Job Description

We are seeking experienced project leaders for potential future opportunities based in Australia (Sydney or Melbourne), Singapore, or Thailand.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, preparation, implementation and monitoring of integrated civil works and rail systems projects using Primavera software.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Detailed planning and composition of rail systems' time schedules, measuring progress, preparation of progress reports, critical path analysis and determining delay recovery measures.
  • Preparation of comprehensive overall project time schedules incorporating civil and rail systems, and providing guidance and expertise for the development of relevant sub-schedules
  • Preparation of detailed 3 month rolling schedules, integrated schedules and progress reports and preparing fully resourced cost loaded schedules using Primavera software for both civil and rail system works.
  • Preparation of comprehensive monthly progress reports for the client, e.g. time schedule deviation analysis, MTAs, S-curves, variance report, critical path report, resources, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Planner and Scheduler of major rail projects, and fully conversant using Primavera.

Experience in measuring progress against the schedule, preparation of progress reports and related submissions to meet contractual requirements.

Knowledgeable of project management principles for project execution.
