About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for delivering a full range of HR services to our Canberra office.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting our senior leadership, developing HR strategies, and handling day-to-day operational tasks. You will need to be agile and able to navigate a complex and evolving environment.

You will work closely with our leaders to implement effective HR practices that will support our 5-year strategic plan. This is a fantastic opportunity to cement yourself within our growing business and work with credible HR leaders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a true HR Business Partner with the ability to deal with ambiguity and work in an agile environment. You will be degree qualified and ideally come from a similar or well-aligned industry.

You will bring strong generalist skills, with a particular focus on strategic partnering and relationship management. Experience in a fast-paced, complex environment is essential. You will also need to be able to engage with a global business mindset.
