Strategic HR Advisor

The People and Capability Advisor role involves supporting people leaders and staff across various human resources functions, from recruitment and onboarding to learning and development.
As a key member of the team, you will contribute to projects and strategic initiatives promoting engagement, wellbeing, and process improvements across the organization.
This role requires a proactive approach, with a significant administrative component including preparing employment documentation, maintaining HR systems, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and operational support across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead or support HR initiatives and projects aligned with organizational goals.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in an HR Advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and high accuracy in administrative work.
- Confidence working across functions and managing multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
