Job Description:

You'll be responsible for developing and delivering business improvements, supporting informed people and position planning, and providing technical and analytical support to gather, analyze, and disseminate data informing operational performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recognized bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
  • Strong interest in data-driven workforce planning, analytics, and reporting
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
