What's on offer

A tactical position within the Delivery stream of the Chief People Office (CPO); the Graduate Workforce Analyst will be responsible for developing and delivering business improvements, supporting more informed people and position planning and reporting. The Graduate Workforce Analyst will work closely with CPO partners to provide technical and analytical support to gather, analyse and disseminate data informing operational performance. The position will also be required to communicate clear and informed outcomes to the business on a regular basis, with the intention of developing work programs to strengthen workforce planning gaps.

Who can apply?

To be considered for this opportunity you must hold a recognised bachelor's degree or post graduate qualification from a tertiary institution, completed within the last two years or be completing prior to the commencement of the program in February 2026. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia for the duration of the program and be able to work full-time.

The Graduate Workforce Analyst welcomes graduates who have studied Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) with a strong interest data-driven workforce planning, analytics and reporting; and related fields.
