We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Workforce Planning Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver business improvements, support informed people and position planning, and report on operational performance.

As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to provide technical and analytical support, gathering, analysing, and disseminating data to inform operational decisions. You will also communicate clear and informed outcomes to the business and develop work programs to strengthen workforce planning gaps.

This role requires a strong understanding of workforce planning principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You must be able to think logically, solve problems creatively, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver business improvements in line with organisational objectives
  • Support informed people and position planning through data analysis and reporting
  • Communicate clear and informed outcomes to the business
  • Develop work programs to strengthen workforce planning gaps

Requirements:

  • Recognised bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
