As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will have the chance to work with a supportive team and contribute to creating a safe and engaging environment for residents. Your role will involve:
- Creating and implementing lifestyle programs that promote social engagement, mental stimulation, and physical activity.
- Supervising volunteers and resident wellbeing assistants to ensure smooth program execution.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with team leadership experience.
- Proven experience in developing and managing lifestyle programs in aged care or community sectors.
- Knowledge of dementia care and memory support programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents and families.
