Digital Inclusive Design Specialist

This role involves designing and building digital products that support people with disabilities. You will be part of a growing digital team focused on inclusive, human-centred mobile and web experiences.

The successful candidate will:

  • Embed accessibility throughout the design and development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and researchers across multiple projects
  • Identify and resolve accessibility issues in wireframes, prototypes, and front-end code
  • Conduct manual accessibility testing using assistive tech (screen readers, speech-to-text, magnifiers)
  • Influence and support automated accessibility testing

To be eligible for this position, you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in accessibility across mobile apps (Android/iOS) and responsive web
  • A deep understanding of WCAG, ARIA/WAI-ARIA, and platform-specific guidelines
