We have a unique opportunity for a skilled Senior Night Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our care home, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents.
- You will be responsible for leading a team of nurses during night shifts, overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
- You must be an experienced nurse with strong leadership skills, able to make decisions quickly and effectively.
In this role, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care that meets the individual needs of our residents.
- You will be responsible for coordinating the care of residents, including their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- You must have excellent communication skills, able to build rapport with residents and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of nurses during night shifts
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care to residents
- Coordinate the care of residents, including their physical, emotional, and social needs
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and colleagues
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN)
- Experience working in a care home or similar setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
