Job Overview

Brewing Australia's best tasting beer is a collaborative effort that requires leadership and vision. As the Production Team Leader within our Packaging Department, you will oversee a small crew to ensure we deliver on our promise of bringing enjoyment and connection to everyday moments in life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to health, safety, environment (HSE) and quality standards by promoting best practices and processes.
  • Maintain optimal plant performance and mitigate downtime through effective maintenance and coordination.
  • Apply problem-solving tools to improve processes and resolve deviations efficiently.
  • Communicate production schedules effectively and lead established crew routines.
  • Develop and implement coaching and training programs for standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor team and individual performance, addressing issues with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless shift handovers and facilitate daily team meetings.
  • Promote teamwork through role allocation, tracking, and conflict resolution.
About You
  • A driven leader with experience in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
  • Minimum 2 years in leadership positions within FMCG, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Logistics Operations.
  • A strong focus on Safety and Quality principles, with HSE leadership experience and knowledge of Quality fundamentals.
  • Comfortable with change and able to influence others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to drive improvement.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Desirable qualifications in Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
