We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Child Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary practice, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to children and their families.
About the Role- You will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individualized needs and develop tailored therapy plans that promote independence and enhance development.
- Your goal-oriented sessions will support participation in daily activities through evidence-based interventions.
- You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and educators to ensure seamless support and promote child development.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or a related field and current registration with AHPRA.
- A strong understanding of mental health challenges affecting young people and excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and problem-solving skills.
