This role offers the opportunity to be part of a supportive team dedicated to our vision of wellbeing, independence, and opportunity for everyone. Day-to-day activities include:
- Establishing positive relationships with employers and participants.
- Promoting and marketing participants to create employment opportunities.
- Achieving sustainable employment outcomes by providing support to develop skills and abilities.
We seek someone with:
- Exceptional communication skills with well-developed verbal and written skills.
- Self-motivation and initiative with organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines and attend to multiple tasks and priorities.
- Interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills with ability to identify innovative solutions to problems.
Requirements include:
- Willingness to complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
