The Distribution Centre is an integral part of our success, and we are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily warehouse tasks efficiently and support the Operations Manager as needed.
  • Lead a team of Supervisors across different shifts, fostering high-performing operations teams and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a proactive safety culture within the facility, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers based on mutual respect and commitment to deliver excellent service.
  • Effectively allocate resources to balance safety and profitability while meeting customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Analyse data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing warehouses and distribution centres with a track record of achieving positive operational outcomes.
  • Expert knowledge of supply chain logistics, including cold chain operations, good manufacturing practices, and HACCP protocols.
  • Ability to lead and influence diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement projects.
