Warehouse Operations ManagerAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate deliveries with carriers and adhere to schedules and deadlines
  • Maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally through positive and effective communication
  • Manage and influence the Warehouse team to provide a safe and effective warehouse operation
  • Establish and maintain high standards of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage cycle count program to ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Routine management of Rotable and Repairable materials to ensure optimal critical stock availability
  • Management of all inbound and outbound freight requirements
  • Timely management of warehouse workflow ensuring timely payment of invoices in accordance with payment terms

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in Storeperson, Warehouse, Logistics role within the mining industry or heavy industry sectors
  • High Risk Forklift Licence
  • Tertiary Qualification in Warehousing/Procurement desirable
  • Exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills
  • Proficiency in JD Edwards, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel vital
