Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Technician to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting activities to continuously improve the operational performance and efficiency of the warehouse.

About the Role:

  • Support the PDC leadership team with conducting PDC activities to continuously improve the operational performance and efficiency of the warehouse.
  • Create and manage velocity reports and optimize inventory as necessary.
  • Manage and investigate inventory issues and support adjustments.
  • Create locations and manage the receipting process for new parts.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and manage implementation plans.
  • Identify and support with the coordination of general PDC maintenance.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Support the PDC Quality Co-Ordinator with any Inventory Counts, Investigations and Resolutions to ensure Inventory Integrity is maintained.

About You

  • Understanding of Warehouse tasks, processes and procedures, including Receiving and Inventory Management.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse tools and equipment.
  • Strong understanding of products.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and JDE/OneWorld.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
