Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Advisor. This role will involve providing guidance, support and direction to our project delivery teams on all HSE-related matters.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a timely and responsive service in relation to safety and health matters.
  • They will also be involved in the development of work packs methodology and risk assessments.
  • A key aspect of this role will be ensuring compliance with the agreed method of activity as per the work pack and compliance with organizational policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
  • The HSE Advisor will also assist in investigating incidents and accidents, and responding with corrective actions.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum certificate 4 in Occupational Health and Safety management; ideally a diploma-level qualification in a relevant safety discipline.
  • Strong experience in a similar site-based role in the construction industry.
  • A robust understanding of the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
  • Experience in Safety Management System implementation.
