As the HSEQ Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to project delivery teams on health, safety, and environmental matters. Your role will involve developing work packs and risk assessments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legislative requirements.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on health and safety procedures to project teams.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and take corrective actions.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement measures to prevent re-occurrence.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum Certificate 4 in OH&S Management or Diploma-level qualification in a relevant safety discipline.
  • Strong experience in a similar site-based role in the construction industry.
  • Robust understanding of WHS Act and Regulations.
  • Experience in implementing Safety Management Systems.
