Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on e-bikes to meet our high-quality standards.
  • Triage and diagnose necessary repairs, working efficiently to get our vehicles back on the road.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry experience in cycling, food delivery, mobility, or technology.
  • Experience with e-bikes and their electrical components, including lithium-ion batteries.
  • Comfortable working with tools and software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • A natural team player with a passion for bikes or cycling.
