Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in:

  • Ensuring e-bikes meet our high-quality standards through regular maintenance and repairs.
  • Managing workshop operations to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by troubleshooting issues and resolving problems promptly.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team of professionals from various backgrounds.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Relevant industry experience in cycling, food delivery, mobility, or technology.
  • Knowledge of e-bikes and their electrical components, including lithium-ion batteries.
  • Comfort with tools and software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A passion for bikes or cycling.
