About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Bicycle Technician to join our team at Zoomo. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our e-bikes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on e-bikes to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with e-bikes, using your technical expertise to resolve problems efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a safe and efficient workshop environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to rider queries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Relevant industry experience, preferably in cycling, food delivery, or mobility.
- Experience working with e-bikes and their electrical components, including lithium-ion batteries.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to work with tools and software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- A passion for bikes and cycling, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
