About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Bicycle Technician to join our team at Zoomo. As a key member of our workshop team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our e-bikes are safe and road-worthy.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on e-bikes to our high-quality standards.
- Triage and diagnose necessary repairs while working at a high pace.
- Ensure our workshops are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to our riders.
Requirements
- Relevant industry experience in cycling, food delivery, mobility, or technology.
- Experience with e-bikes and their electrical components, including lithium-ion batteries.
- Comfortable working with tools and software.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- A natural team player with a passion for bikes or cycling.
