Job Overview

A prime opportunity exists to contribute to a leading organisation in Australia. We seek an experienced Project Coordinator who can deliver exceptional customer service, manage tasks, and work with multiple systems.

About the Role

This position entails processing and managing tasks to execute optimisation and best practices for field technicians. You will collaborate as part of a team, utilise multiple systems, and liaise with field technicians and clients to provide top-notch customer service.

You will operate on a rotating roster, Monday to Friday, in a Hybrid Model. Full training and support will be provided, alongside equipment required for the role.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritise and action incoming work to ensure all work-types are processed within operational business rules and assigned Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Adapt quickly to change and meet targets in a demanding environment.
  • Provide excellent communication skills and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Be an active and collaborative team player.
  • Identify opportunities for process and business improvement.
  • Have some familiarity with project rostering or scheduling.
  • Provide excellent customer service and strong attention to detail.
About You
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Familiarity with rostering or scheduling is desirable.
  • Tech savvy and able to adopt systems quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise in tight time frames.
