Disability Services Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Disability Services Manager. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality services to individuals with disabilities.

The successful candidate will have the ability to manage client services, including care plan review and documentation. They will also be responsible for engaging with clients and stakeholders to improve their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service Management: Manage client services, including care plan review and documentation.
  • Engagement and Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients and stakeholders to improve their experience.
  • Funding Utilisation and Service Level Monitoring: Oversee funding utilisation and service level monitoring.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated Experience: Demonstrated experience in Community Services Co-ordination or Case Management.
  • Service Management: Experience managing SIL/Disability accommodations.
  • Certification: Certificate IV in community services (preferred).
