Senior Leadership Opportunity

West Moreton Health is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our Executive Team as Chief Operating Officer.

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide strategic leadership and drive the delivery of all clinical and non-clinical support functions within West Moreton Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives associated with meeting the health demands of a growing population, leading a diverse workforce of approximately 3,600 FTE, and guiding the organisation in achieving its vision to create a thriving community with optimal health and wellbeing.

About You
  • You must have the ability to lead change with agility in a large and complex organisation.
  • Effective leadership in the management of a multidisciplinary leadership team that executes the organisational strategic goals and plan consistently with time frames, activity and budget.
  • The ability to lead and drive effective operational workforce planning and service delivery modelling and drive a constructive, high performance and respectful workforce culture that reflects the values.
  • Significant experience in delivering successful organisational change and development initiatives.
  • Relevant tertiary and/or business qualifications are desirable.
