Catholic Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Lead to play a key role in transforming our Model of Care across Residential and Home & Communities. As a member of our Inspirit Team, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline and redesign processes that support our new Model of Care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders to review and analyse current care delivery processes
- Design and test processes to support the Model of Care implementation, with a focus on relationship-centred care
- Lean process mapping - identify opportunities to improve quality and enhance operational performance
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and document minimum care practices
- Develop and update process flow/mapping documentation
- Assess impact of change to business processes and requirements
- Completion of tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration or related field
- Certification in project improvement methodologies - Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile
- Demonstrated experience working in a project management role, preferably in a complex Change and Continuous Improvement environment
- Experience in aged care or health-related field - desirable
- Ability to travel as required within the role
