Job Overview

A seasoned technology leader is sought after to oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of critical Salesforce systems.

About the Role:

  • Lead technical and delivery efforts for enterprise production systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide architectural guidance on solution design, focusing on non-functional requirements such as security, reliability, and fault tolerance.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of production systems, including software development, deployment, monitoring, backup and recovery, system security, incident management, and compliance.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team in a collaborative culture focused on innovation and growth.
  • Analyze system performance and health, identifying and addressing errors, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints.
  • Develop and implement robust operational processes to support system stability, governance, and team efficiency.
  • Nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce solution design and software development.
  • Experience leading or owning enterprise-grade production systems, including associated responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, VSCode, and DevOps practices.
