Associate - Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory

We are partnering with a leading Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory firm to help hire for their team. The firm specializes in renewable energy, infrastructure, and natural resources transactions.
They are seeking an Associate with 2-4 years of experience in Banking or Financial Advisory, particularly in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Project Finance within the renewables, infrastructure, and/or natural resources sectors.
Your Role:- Manage and execute M&A transactions, from initial due diligence through to closing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial analysis, valuation, and transaction documents.
- Conduct financial modeling, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing, to support decision-making and transaction structuring.
- Prepare client presentations and investment memoranda that effectively communicate transaction opportunities, strategic rationale, and financial implications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and market conditions affecting renewables, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in M&A, Project Finance, or Investment Banking with exposure to renewables, infrastructure, and/or natural resources sectors. The candidate must have transaction experience they can discuss.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in financial analysis and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
The candidate will play a crucial role in executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and supporting senior team members in delivering comprehensive advisory services to their clients.
