Key Responsibilities
  • Safety & Compliance: Identify and report potential hazards, guarantee compliance with safety regulations, and oversee driver documentation.
  • Logistics Operations: Ensure timely, cost-effective freight resources are in place, utilising logistics technology to optimise planning and routing.
  • Continuous Improvement & Planning: Lead and support new processes and systems to enhance efficiency and service outcomes, and prepare reports to highlight performance metrics and opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and build collaborative relationships.

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer-focused logistics or supply chain roles.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing teams and resources.
  • A proven track record in planning, scheduling, and improving logistics operations.
  • A sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies, with knowledge of inland road freight operations.
