Victoria Depot and Operations Leadership Opportunity

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our regional depots and 3rd party warehouses in Victoria, overseeing supply chain, operations, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership for the OFP Victoria depot network, including warehousing, carton erecting, and distribution to meet customer demands.
  • Manage all depot activities within the Victorian region and third-party depot sites, ensuring optimal machinery equipment location and maintenance.
  • Drive improved safety performance, 3PL efficiency, innovation, and cost savings across the Victorian depot network.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Business, coupled with at least 3 years of experience in supply chain operations in a large organisation.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders on process and performance matters.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
  • Effective leadership skills to manage diverse teams and drive results.
  • A safety champion with a good understanding of relevant safety standards and WHSE legislation.
