Logistics Management Role

As a senior logistics professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of premium stockfeeds to customers across southeast Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety & Compliance: Identify hazards, ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, and manage documentation.
  • Logistics Operations: Utilize logistics technology to optimize planning and routing, drive operational excellence with a focus on Delivery in Full, On Time, In Spec (DIFOTIS).
  • Continuous Improvement & Planning: Lead new processes and systems to improve efficiency and service outcomes, prepare reports to highlight performance metrics and opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure service excellence and build collaborative relationships.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-focused logistics or supply chain roles.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing teams and resources.
  • Proven track record in planning, scheduling, and improving logistics operations.
  • A sound knowledge of occupational health and safety policies, with a solid understanding of inland road freight operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
  • Resilience and ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • A positive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications

A degree in a related field such as logistics, business administration, or supply chain management is advantageous.
