Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety & Compliance: Identify and report hazards, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and manage documentation.
  • Logistics Operations: Ensure adequate, timely, and cost-effective freight resources are in place, utilise logistics technology to optimise planning and routing, and drive operational excellence with focus on Delivery in Full, On Time, In Spec (DIFOTIS).
  • Continuous Improvement & Planning: Lead and support new processes and systems to improve efficiency and service outcomes, prepare reports to highlight performance metrics and opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure service excellence and build collaborative relationships.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-focused logistics or supply chain role.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing teams and resources.
  • Proven track record in planning, scheduling, and improving logistics operations.
  • Solid understanding of OH&S and environmental policies, with knowledge of inland road freight operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
  • Resilient and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Positive, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
