About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our team at the Sheridan Liverpool Outlet. This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours of work per week across a Tuesday-Saturday roster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs, and targets through strong leadership skills and coaching abilities.
  • Drive a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service, fostering a positive store environment.
  • Maintain store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and rostering.
  • Analyze reports to make informed commercial decisions that drive business growth.
