
Senior CX Trainer

This role involves leading the training and development of our Customer Experience team across all Victorian divisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop structured 12-week training programs for new CX team members.
- Guide trainees through training, assessing progress using a capability matrix.
- Collaborate with Operational Leaders and the CX Training Manager.
- Maintain accurate records and support probation reviews.
- Extensive customer service experience preferably in residential building industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and proactive coaching mindset.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to support and develop others.
- Excellent time management and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Desirable: Contact centre experience and relevant customer service qualifications.
