**Customer Experience Transformation Specialist**

Job Description

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience (CX) ecosystem, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to define business needs and design solutions.

  • Responsibilities include communicating change requirements to QA, Operations, and Development via documentation (UI mockups, data models, user stories)
  • Participating in project management from inception to release, managing delivery and quality, and conducting testing of product changes

Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure Jira status reflects current requirements, answer tickets in a timely manner, and report sprint progress and monthly project reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in an end-to-end Business Analyst or CX specialist role
  • Proficiency in Jira or Azure DevOps, and process flow tools such as Miro or Visio
  • Experience in delivering projects with a clear CX focus, including CRM, customer portals, and customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex reports and documents to clients, encompassing requirements gathering, mock-ups, and iterative development support
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective client and colleague relationships
  • Highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented
