Job Overview

Oaks Brisbane on Margaret Suites is seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the property always looks its best and operates smoothly, delivering the high standard of service Oaks is known for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out general repairs and maintenance across guest rooms and public areas
  • Coordinate and supervise external contractors
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs
  • Keep accurate records of daily work and service schedules
Requirements:
  • Previous hands-on building or property maintenance experience
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently
  • Great communication and a service-focused attitude
  • A proactive approach and pride in delivering quality work
