Frontline Workforce Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our project, focusing on strengthening the frontline workforce in the DFSV sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outcomes that increase the number of people interested in working within the frontline service delivered within the DFSV sector, while decreasing the number of vacant frontline positions.
The project scope includes activities that support the deliverables and aim to attract suitably qualified front-line workers required to respond to initiatives from the Women's Safety Justice Taskforce Reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in delivering outcomes for government and overseeing reform agendas;
- Ability to engage across agencies and with external parties such as peak bodies and community groups;
- Outstanding judgement, high-level integrity, ethics and probity, strong agility to adapt to a constantly changing environment;
- Strong achievement orientation and excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Proven ability and significant experience in providing effective leadership and delivery in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating campaigns, initiatives and activities;
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work in partnership and build influential and productive relationships across organisational and sector boundaries;
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in a communication and/or marketing context;
- Extensive and demonstrated experience in preparation of reports and executive documentation in accordance with government frameworks and standards;
