A New Opportunity in Aquatic Centre Management

We are seeking highly motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team at a brand-new aquatic centre in the Clarence Valley.

As an Aqua Centre Safety Specialist, your role will play a vital part in ensuring the well-being of all patrons while effectively managing risks in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a high level of supervision to guarantee patron safety at all times.
  • Ensuring the aquatic centre remains safe, clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to legislative and health & safety regulations.
  • Performing operational tasks related to cleaning and maintenance, including amenities and grounds.
  • Providing first aid and emergency response as required.
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain pool hygiene and water quality, in accordance with legislative requirements.
  • Executing administrative tasks associated with the daily operation of the facility, following relevant procedures.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patrons and assisting with other areas of the centre when needed.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certification
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
  • A strong work ethic and reliability.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
