Human Factor Specialist

The role of Human Factor Specialist at Auckland DHB involves conducting P2/N92 Respirator fit testing to support the respiratory protection service teams. This aligns with the unique needs of Te Toka Tumai staff, facilitating work progress and ensuring alignment with the overarching goals of the respiratory team.

A key aspect of this role is promoting and communicating high-standard health and safety information, which requires confidence in communication and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to health, safety, and wellbeing, as well as experience in the health sector or previous work in healthcare.

We are seeking an individual who can complete initial training and has a strong interest in health and safety. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive and inclusive team, working across multiple sites of Te Toka Tumai in central Auckland.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
