Job Title: Cellar Door Team Lead

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand and business by creating exceptional customer experiences for visitors and direct and ongoing customer relationships. As a key member of our cellar door team, you will drive sales of our wine products, manage and develop the team to deliver high performance, and participate in technical tastings representing a broad consumer perspective.

We are seeking an experienced leader with a passion for wine, strong customer focus, and excellent communication skills. You will have a proven track record of team management, wine knowledge, and office administration skills. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is looking for a challenging role in a dynamic industry, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Team management experience (including identifying and hiring talent)
  • Wine Knowledge (WSET level 2 or higher)
  • Office Administration Skills
  • Extensive knowledge of the wine industry
  • Strong customer focus, communication, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a drive for results
