About the Role

As a Senior Case Manager, you will provide leadership and guidance to staff within our Front Door services. You will lead and support case management staff to ensure consistent practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and strengthen service delivery, ensuring coherency and fidelity to best practices.
  • Oversee workflow management and client support pathways.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide high-level advice on practice design, with a focus on innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable competency in evidence-based service design.
  • Experience in building and leading teams, including team performance monitoring.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to facilitate knowledge translation into practice objectives.
  • Understanding of relevant frameworks and commitment to capabilities approaches.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills to build effective relationships.
