About the Role

The Practice Leader will be responsible for supervising and mentoring support professionals, promoting best practice through coaching and modelling, fostering teamwork and collaboration across the team, leading service delivery aligned with organisational values and goals, building team capability to meet strategic objectives, and ensuring quality outcomes for clients through responsive support.
