Job Opportunity
Montefiore seeks an Allied Health professional to provide support and care in a holistic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead small group exercise classes in collaboration with physiotherapists.
- Monitor and report changes in consumer health, safety, and wellbeing program performance.
- Contribute to the allied health team, utilizing experience in rehabilitation and aged care settings.
- Experience working in aged care or acute hospital environments.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Leadership experience in exercise classes.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with consumers and staff.
- Mental Health and Dementia awareness.
- Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care and Senior First Aid Certificate.
A dedicated team player with strong clinical capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for aged care.
