Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at St Anne's Hunters Hill. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with personal care, supporting day-to-day tasks, and working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed.

  • Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
  • Supporting day-to-day tasks such as eating and social activities
  • Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
  • Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to ensure our residents' health and wellbeing are optimised
  • Providing high-quality service to families and the community
Key Requirements

  • Understanding of workplace health and safety
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
